The chief singer of famous Taiwan band “MCHotdog” writes new song the drug, advicing people don’t touch drugs. Responsing to an interview, he admits that he had been losted himself with drugs. He said he had drowned in “drug world” for almost two years at his college ages. He took MDMA and marihuana, then became an addict.  

He told that:“when I was in college, the MDMA just became popular. Instigated by my friends, I started to take drugs with curiosity. As time passed I made friends with the drug dealer, if I wanted drugs, just needed to call the dealer’s number, then I could get the cheap ones.”
　　
“At that time, I spent two days withs drugs a week.” He remembers, “The rest five days I saved my energy, got ready for the next ‘high time’ in the weekend. Although the illusory world is woderful, when it ends the vacancy comes out. If people always take drugs, they will become anorexia and energy sag. At last, when they are thin and weak, they will regret what they have done. ”
　　
“One day after takeing drugs, I suudenly woke up” he continues, “I should not waste my time like that. And determined to get rid of drugs. I canceled the dealer’s number and the number of all the friends who took drugs. Any one called me to play ‘high’, I totally refused. Drugs hurt my body and take away my money, I will never touch it again! ”
　　
He writes the new song the drug, aming to tell young men not to take drugs. If took it ,not to drown. As an experienced person, he said it is useless just saying abstain drugs, man should be determined and awake.
　　
As a public figure, he said he should be careful of his behavorial and appearance, and make him an example for citizens, especially for adolescents. He writes the song just with the wish to persuade people not to take drugs.
　　
In the song, mchotdog acknowledged that he had taken drugs, will it offended against the law?

According to Taiwan criminal procedure law, chapter 156, “the defendant’s confession is unsustainable evidence”. The hot spot of mchotdog’s issue is whether his confession is sustainable or unsustainable evidence.
 
He confessed that he took drugs 10 years ago. It is hard to exam the hair with age, and there is no on-the -spot witness.The polices go to investigate, not other wise the prosecution considers taking drugs as habitual crime.
